I am a HUGE fan of Netflix’s animated anthology Love, Death, and Robots, as well as this intro to the motion graphics tool Rive. I chose to combine both of these into my own little glitchy intro for my motion design reel.

I am a HUGE fan of Netflix’s animated anthology Love, Death, and Robots, as well as this intro to the motion graphics tool Rive. I chose to combine both of these into my own little glitchy intro for my motion design reel.
Icon Creation
This is where the fun began. I thought back to all of the things that inspired me throughout my motion design and visual design journey. From that stop motion dinosaur movie in first grade that won me and my class the Maryland Film Festival award, to my love of anime and Gundam, to my arcade days and pixel art animation, to my current walk with Christ. I let these 40 icons speak as my personality vault.
With that said… whittling it down to only the chosen few was a really tough job, and probably the most most difficult task in this project.
